- On all orders over $200 in the continental United States.
- All other orders will be charged $25 for FedEx/UPS Priority Overnight (next day) shipping.
- Please call our toll free customer service number (855-6-CAVIAR) for shipping rates for orders to Alaska or Hawaii.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
To insure proper freshness of your order, we suggest that someone be available at the shipping address to receive the package. At that time, the party should place the perishable items in a refrigerator until time of consumption. If no one is available at the delivery address, UPS/FedEx will leave the package at door.
- Orders will arrive next day if placed before 4:30 PM EST Monday through Thursday.
- Orders placed Thursday after 4:30 PM EST will arrive on the following Tuesday.
- Orders are not processed or shipped over the weekend.
Returns & Replacement
- Our products are held to the highest standards for quality and freshness.
- Upon arrival, all products should be thoroughly inspected and all perishables immediately refrigerated.
- Should there be a concern that the product received is unsatisfactory, a claim must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery. Please use this form to make a return claim.
- Upon notification, Black Diamond Caviar will advise a return authorization code and specific return instructions.
- No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization.
- We will not issue credit for product that has been discarded or partially consumed. Please be sure to retain all packaging in the event a return is necessary.
